He is survived by: his wife Minh Phan; his children, Trang Đài, Thiên Thanh, Phước Tuấn and Kim Long; and his grandchildren, Allen, Emily, Nguyên, Khôi, Vinh, Bình and Nhi (Ashley). He is also survived by sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nephews, and nieces.
