It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neoma Lynn Bowen Carleton Clugage of Taylorsville, Utah, born in Attleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Linford Melvin Bowen and Hester Neoma Houston; her daughter Joanna Carleton Houston; and her friends, Sharon and Coralie.

She is survived by: her children, Andy Carleton (Debbie) of Taylorsville, Linda Blair of Wilmington, NC and Joyce Carleton of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Melinda (Kevin), Amber (Josh), Chelsea (Dallas), Eric (Jenna), Kyle, Sean (Cori), Kevin (Lucy), Eileen and Tim; and her stepfather Art Hemenway. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.
