He was predeceased by: his father Robert Charles Lythall. He is survived by: his mother Olive Rose Marshall; his sisters, Robyn Tumeth (Jeff) and Jennifer De Rosa (Paul); his wife Kaylin Cloward; his sons, Steven (Kori), Peter (Keziah) and James; and his granddaughters, Lucy, Emma and Evelyn.
