She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Ezekiel Peterson and Mildred Ellen Menlove; her sisters, Margaret Thomas and Colleen Horrocks; her grandson Aaron Dowdle; and her close friend Charles.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Max Searle; her brother Edward Peterson (Sue); and her children, Vickie Dowdle (Earl), Terri Timothy (Kent) and Rick Searle (Kristy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
