She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Howells and Isadora Howells; her husband John A. Lowe, Sr.; her children, Glenda (Mike Scarborough) and John (Kathy); and her sisters, Julie McWhorter and Sue Wilcock. She was also cherished by granddaughters a Grandma/Nana.
