He is survived by: his siblings, Chad Olsen (Elaine) of Mount Pleasant, Judy Pack (Wayne) of Alpine and Glade Olsen (LouAnn) of Herriman; his wife Claudia May Taylor; his children, Debbie Johnson (Kevin), Randy Olsen (Vicki), Tammy Wallace (Jeff), Mike Olsen (Amy), Traci Stevens (Val) and Katy Cockerham (Dan); his friend Larry Herbert; and his granddaughter Paula Johnson.
