He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Madaj and Sylvia Madaj; his wife Donna Mae Waldron; and his sister Mary Ann Maslowski. He is survived by: his children, Stanley "Butch" Madaj III (Patricia "Patty" Madaj) and Patty. He is also survived by 1 grandson and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lindquist's Syracuse Mortuary (869 South 2000 West., Syracuse, UT 84075). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Syracuse City Cemetery (1250 S 1000 W, Syracuse, UT 84075).
