He was predeceased by: his parents, Regalado Mendoza and Apolonia Paz Mendoza; and his siblings, Lucy Newell, Felix Mendoza and Anne Tayco.
He is survived by: his wife Cristy Reyes Mendoza; his daughter Leah Kaye Mendoza; his siblings, Rose Deleon, Connie Arceo (Victor), Cris Mendoza (Barbara) and Cecilia Brackens; his nieces, RJ (Jason), Lovelle (Reggie), Sharon (Nelson), Elyboy, Candice (Dennis) and Christy (Ryan); and his cousin Imelda (Aaron) Cruikshank (Oregon). He is also survived by 25 great nephews and nieces.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindquist's Syracuse Mortuary (869 South 2000 West., Syracuse, UT 84075). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Catholic Church (4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401).
