He was predeceased by: his parents, David Daniel Davis and Annie Pearl Loader; his former wife Joan Mills; his wife Phyllis Hall; his sons, Vern and Alan; and his siblings, Roy, Harry, Phyllis and Dorethy.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Davis (Cheryl), David Davis, Steven Davis (Eunice), John Davis (Sue), James Davis (Celia), Gary Davis (Wendy) and Chad Davis (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Carrie Reece, John Hall (Michelle), Scott Hall (Jane) and Kelley Hall; and his brother George. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 89 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
