He is survived by: his wife Leslie Lewis; and his children, Shery Johnson, Shelly Hadlock (Steele), Jeniffer Thorpe (Justin), Jacob Lewis (Daisey) and Stacy Burton (Damien). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
