She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Leroy and Iva Lue Simonsen; her husband Jay H Cook; and her son Mark Cook (Janet). She is survived by: her children, Nancie Clark (Bob), Chad Cook (Janette) and Bryce Cook (Marlene). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
