She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene William and Emma Mae Rhoades. She is survived by: her husband Dale R Harvath; and her children, Carmen Sandman (Jon), Lynn Tolbert, Sherman Tolbert and Charity Tolbert-Palmer. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
