She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Bauer and Joseph Waldorf Bauer; her sister Marsha; and her sons, Christopher and Cyle.

She is survived by: her husband Noal K. Cook; her sons, Carter (Julia) and Curtis (Erica); and her siblings, Christie Jensen, Lana Fredrickson (Bob), Samuel Bauer (Debbie) and Debra Hardison (Steve). She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
