He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edson Lavell Palmer and Ida Mae Palmer; his sibling While; his wife Susan Jolley; his children, Mark Palmer (Annette), Denece Hall (Steven), Jared Palmer (Pamela), Nathan Palmer (Julie) and Tami Reed (Brent); his grandchildren, Cami Mecham (Chad), Nala Lang (Logan), Shannon Holbrook (Hollis), Tucker Hall, Molly, Justin Palmer, Kayley Reed, Teancum Hall (Maéva), Emma Palmer, Devin Palmer (Danielle), Gideon Hall, Cameron Reed, Sera Palmer, Zaytey Hall, Cory Reed, Lucy Palmer, Porter Hall, Kady Palmer, Abbie Palmer, Kenzie Reed, Eliza Palmer, Hannah Reed, Daniel Palmer, Cade Palmer and Hadley Reed; his great grandchildren, Elsie Mecham and Max Holbook; his siblings, Jay Palmer (Lillian), Clyde Palmer (Sherry) and Carolyn Maughn; his siblings-in-law, George and Melba Jolley; and his brothers, Allen and Gary.
