With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Jay Smith of Sunset, Utah, who passed away on October 27, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Jay and H. Lucile Smith (Fronk); and his daughters, Ashley Cox Sharp and Brittany Cox. He was also cherished by four brothers and two sisters.
