She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Dawson and Helen Patterson Dawson; her husband Don; her brother Larry; her stepsons, LeRoy and Bill; and her grandson Monte.
She is survived by: her close friend Donald William Duncombe; her children, Kevin Hamilton (Diane), Kathy Gittins (Wayne), Kerri Hollingsworth, Kelly Ballard (Chad) and Kent Duncombe (Angie); and her stepchildren, Ymana Johnson, Donnie Sharp, Earl Duncombe (Terri), Raydeen Jaques (Jack), Cerya Jaques (JayDell) and Michael Duncombe (Melanie). She is also survived by many Grandchildren; Great-grandchildren and Great-great grandchildren.
