He is survived by: his spouse Carollyn Donaldson; his children, Wynette Johnson (Merrill) of Morgan, Tammy Braegger, Jennifer Phippen (Shane) of Willard, Trent of Murray and Curtis of IN; his siblings, Gary Mathis (Arlis), Evelyn Kalamaha, June Bluhm, Joyce Michaelson, Donna Archer and Darlene Rau; and his sister-in-law Avis Mathis (Jake). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
