He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Edward Rowley (Ted) and Jetta Decker Rowley; his sister Jetta Jean; and his daughter Angela (Richard Roundy). He is survived by: his brother Elwyn; his wife Darlene Lucie Hyatt; his children, Raquel Whittaker (Norman), Jill Decker (Steve), Elisse Anderson (Adrian), Grant Rowley (Tiffani) and Ben Rowley; and his son-in-law Richard Roundy (Lynnette). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
