She is survived by: her husband Tom Slowik; her children, Sydney Slowik (Dan Bradshaw), Taylor Davis, Crystan Taylor and Elder Terry Taylor; her mother Donna Gwynn; her stepfather Riley Gwynn; her siblings, Shannon Heaps and Shane Heaps (Tasha Haws); and her grandson Asher Bradshaw.
