He was predeceased by: his mother Punkin'. He is survived by: his children, Erin, Amanda and John Matthew; and his significant other Ellen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren + partners & spouses, 9 great-grandchildren, his ward family, the great friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the LDS Church (57 W Porter Wy, Stansbury Park, UT 84074). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
