He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Elwood George Peterson; his parents, George Peter Peterson and Faye Elaine Johnson; his siblings, Ronald, Larin, Gene, Wayne, Rex, Linda and Nancy; his wife Myrna Rae Kimber; his children, Jeri Maples (Alan), Steven Peterson (Michele), Neal Peterson (Suzy), Julie Shorts (Rick), Greg Peterson (Hollie) and Mark Peterson (Tricia); his son-in-law Doug Edvalson; his daughter Cheryl Edvalson; his grandson Gary Edvalson; and his daughter-in-law Michele. He was also cherished by three daughters and four sons, 29 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
