He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Max, Dennis, Danny and Sandra; his great-grandparent Mary; his aunt Shannon; his cousin Seth; and his close friend Cody Gillette.

He is survived by: his parents, Sean Buckner and Kristine Buckner; his sisters, Shawntay Matthews (Chris) and Madison Simmons (Jaren); his daughter Hadley Kay Buckner; and his grandmothers, Jo and Kathy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and friends.
