She is survived by: her children, Jesse Hopkins (Debra) of Big Bear, CA, Ed Clements (Valerie) of Eagle Mountain, UT, Tina Bristol of Eagle Mountain, UT and Don Clements (Stacey) of Springville, UT; and her brother Mike Butler (Peggy) of West Valley, UT..
