He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Denison and Joseph Reed Noyes; his siblings, LaVonna Noyes, LaDonna Broadhead and Joseph Noyes Jr.; and his granddaughter Aubrey.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Wallace; his children, Angela Lynn Noyes Lee (Adrian), Eric Reed Noyes (Elise), Devin Jay Noyes (Sharlane), Clinton Sidney Noyes (Breanne) and Stephen; and his grandchildren, Trevor (Emily), Ryan (Taylor), Riley, Megan (Jacob), Kensley, Amelia, Kenady, Jacob, Xander, Shelby, Scottland, Katelyn, Bronx, Christopher and Madelyn. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.
