She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Ruth Shepherd; her parents, Asa Shepherd and Caroline Shepherd; her former husband Kenneth E. Lowe; her husband Ken Lowe; and her children, Kathy Winnie, Ron Lowe (Susan), Gloria Hatfield (Ron) and Susan Vacher (Zale). She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
