With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russel A. Nelson in Springville, Utah, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Levi and Bernice Arvilla Hunkins Nelson; his wife Donna Elizabeth Hale; and his brother Douglas Nelson. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Kruger and Sterling Nelson; and his children, Amber Riddle (Texas), Robin Nelson (Utah), Wade Nelson (Oregon), James Nelson (Oregon), Yvonne Winn (Utah), John Nelson (North Carolina), Holly Juengling (Utah), June Standley (Utah), Linda Barsch (Utah), Sheila Ortiz (Utah), Jacob Nelson (Utah), Zachary Nelson (Utah), Anita Murdock (Florida) and Kerry Nelson (Utah). He is also survived by 62 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
