He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Raymond and Edna Ferne Craycroft Veech; his wife Martha Lee Elkin; and his sister Beverly Pennington. He is survived by: his children, Linda Hjorth, Philip (Joanne), Vicki Wheeler (Paul), Deann Roylance (Karl) and Stephen (SaraLyn); and his sister Janet Hays. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
It was the foundation of his work ethic.
