He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Abbott; and his children, Wayne R. Card (Pamela), Robert E. Card, J. Todd Lott (Patricia), Rebecca Casper (Kenneth) and Chad W. Lott (Daniel). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
