He is survived by: his father Phildon Carlson; his wife Shana Lenore Chambers of Springville; his children, Adam Huffaker (Julie), Allissa Kelley (Josh) and Garrett Huffaker; and his siblings, Phildon, Wendy and Tami. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
