He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Gayle and Cleo Jensen Bishop; his wife Lori Lux; and his brothers, Douglas J Bishop, Terry O and Billy Bishop.

He is survived by: his sisters, Joy Reynolds (Lindon), Judy Evans (Eddie) and Ginger Martin (Ronnie).
