He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Fox; his wife Lila Petroff; his stepdaughter Sandra Clark (Chris) of Sandy, Utah; his stepgranddaughters, Tracie Evans (Chad) of Phoenix, Arizona, Holly Kemp of West Jordan, Utah and Sonja Lawrence (Dillion) of Sandy, Utah; and his brother Ted.
