She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrel Waters and Iva Weight Waters; her significant other F. Keith Davis; her siblings, Thelma Waters Corey, Melvin Waters, Arlen Waters and Raeona Waters; her brother-in-law Clark Davis; and her son-in-law David Johnson (Shauna).
She is survived by: her sister Marcile Waters Pugh; her sister-in-law Zina Davis; and her children, Shauna Noland (Kenny), Suzanne Davis and Thomas Keith Davis (Shirlene). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
