He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Hamblin; his children, Patricia Gail, John Fred and Shirley Jo; and his stepchildren, Merrill Shane Johnson and Marilee Petro. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
