He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Felix (Gladys Thompson) and Gladys Thompson; his children, Sandy, Lauri Massey (Randy), Dan Felix (Lorie) and Sandra Burrell (Ronald); his brother Gordon Felix (Denise); his siblings-in-law, Tommy George, Monta Felix and Bonnie Duncan Bishop; his sister Karen Gittins (Gary); his stepsiblings, Jerald Alvey (Tammy), Tom Alvey (April), Ron Alvey (Karen) and Wally Alvey (Sharon); his grandchildren, Matt Summers (Mysti), Rhett Summers (Emily), Ashley Felix, Jason Felix (Brooke), Brian Burrell (Natalie), Todd Burrell (Sierra), Taylor Burrell (HaeLee), Shane Massey (Kris), Rachel Bowler, Amber Halversen (Josh) and Gina Stevens (Travis); his wife Eva Merlene DeGraw Felix; his siblings, James Felix and Beth Felix George; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Mellor Felix, Tim DeGraw, Bob Duncan and Jack Bishop; and his great grandchild Henry Karl Summers. He was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren.
Even though he spent a lot of time in hospitals, he was never a victim of COVID-19, he was a survivor.
