She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Dudley Hoggard and Norma Jarvis; her former husband Reed Frank Jr. (Little Reed); her daughter Natali Hood; her brother Russell Dee Hoggard; her daughter Kori Richins (Michael); her grandchildren, Kasy Mitchell, Summer Hood (Dalton), Dylan Hood and Malea Golling (Dustin); and her siblings, Norman Hoggard, Karen Jarvis, David Jarvis and Patti Lallas (Mike).
