He was predeceased by: his siblings, Miriam, Ruth, Lois and Charles; his son Joseph Dee; his children-in-law, Robert Paxman and Sherrie Carnesecca; and his granddaughter Amanda Robbins.

He is survived by: his spouse Dawn Fullmer; and his children, Valerie Beacham (Brad), James Robbins, Janell Christensen (Darrell) and Salee Paxman.
