He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Batley and Elaine Batley. He is survived by: his friend Jerry Keith Batley; his wife Norma; his children, Kennya Jarvis (Dennis), Nicole Adams (Ron) and Derrick Batley (Monica); his stepsons, Gary Nell (Nikki) and Robert Nell (Michelle); his grandchildren, Marché Brown (Anthony), Braxton Jasper, Kyler, Kayden Booth, Kennedy Jarvis, Brooke Storey (Tate), Maci Nell and Carter Nell; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Hazel and Emerson Brown; and his sisters, Carole Brodie, Beverly Paxman, Vera Peterson and Miriam Campbell. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
