He is survived by: his daughters, Julie (Stan Weight), LeeAnn Ostler and Lori (Jerry Ewell); his stepchildren, Jeralyn Shaw, Thayne Carlisle, Chris Carlisle and Candace Wilson; his wife Diane Carlisle; and his sister Diane (Scott Adams).
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (555 Averett Ave, Springville, UT 84663).
