He is survived by: his wife Diane Guthrie; his children, Evanne, Bonnie, John (Laura), Dovie (Mathew), Max (Liz), Rex (Netta) and Alex; and his siblings, Jerri, Brenda, Pat, Bruce (Shirley) and Odell. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
