He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Davis Keen and Daniel L. Keen, Jr.; his brother Robert Sparks Keen (Steve Valley) of Albany; and his son Robert Timothy Keen. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Dillingham Keen; his children, Jennifer L. Keen of Oregon and Jayce Keen of Springville; his stepchildren, Kelly Carter (Kim) of Delta, Branden Carter (Kerrie) of Payson, Jeremy Carter (Brandy) of Spanish Fork, Dallas Booth and Krystal Booth (Angel) of Orem; his great grandchildren, Clint, Holdyn, Steven, Gabby, Kyan, Roczen, Indie, Kristy, Roselynn, Justin, Branden Jr., Chance, Oaklynn, Shaylynn, Deagon, Chaz, Ryder, Drue, Karston, Lotus, Flynn, Zeppelin and Keenan; and his siblings, Victoria Keen DeGuire of Bend and Timothy Keen (Cindy) of Dallas. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
