He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Miller; his mother LaVell Parsons; his brothers, Kent and Mack; his stepsiblings, Darrell and Sharon; his sons, Jim and Lorin; and his great grandchild Vivian.
He is survived by: his children, LeAnn Long of Ewing, NJ, Lisa Lilly (JP), MaryJane Hewitt (Springville), John Boyack (Wendy) of Monmouth, OR and Mark Boyack (Spanish Fork); his siblings, Jeanine Hoffman and Kim Boyack; and his stepsiblings, Ron Parsons and LaRae Williams. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a cherished number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Social distancing will be practiced and masks will be worn.
