He was predeceased by: his parents, Virdella Hatfield and Arthur Hatfield. He is survived by: his wife Lindsay; his children, Damon Hatfield (Jennifer) of Spanish Fork, Utah, Robert Hatfield (Kim) of Mona, Utah, Richard Hatfield (Julie) of Mona, Utah and Rusti Welch (Mike) of Springville; and his siblings, Doyle Hatfield (Linda), Blake Hatfield (Verilyn), Lorraine Steffens (Ross), Marie Snelson and Sharon Vanleuven (Ross).
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations. All donations will go toward funeral costs and any remaining will be given to Fred's spouse.
