With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Johansen (Springville, Utah), who passed away on November 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Johansen and Vola Johansen; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy Clegg and Allen. He is also survived by many true friends and beloved pets.
As our family was meeting with the mortuary to make the arrangements, we were asked if we wanted to do a "in lieu of flowers" message. It was humbly decided that he deserves all the flowers he can get. Please come and help us celebrate Duane's life, his victories as well as defeats.
