He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Wheeler; his brother David Parker; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Gale and Janice Parker. He is survived by: his father Lindsay Charles Parker; his siblings, Jack Parker, Mary Monson (Tom) and Linda English; his wife Janet Parker; his children, Stewart Parker (Debbie), Melissa Bernard (Lynn), Lindsay Parker, Matthew Parker, Meridith Banks (Brian), Amy Morgan (Heath) and Laura Anderson (Warren Bouche); his grandchildren, Samantha Thomas (Cody Schow) and Bailee Parker (Josh Morgan); and his children, Spencer (Annie), Sawyer Bernard, Joseph Parker (Alex), Hannah Muñoz, Phoebe Parker, Parker Banks (Tara), Sydney Valdez (Josh), Olivia Morgan (Chad), Benjamin, Connor, Dillon, Emmett, Ryan Morgan, Gracie, Dani and Claire Anderson. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and multitudes of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Springville Stake Center (245 Kolob Cir, Springville, UT 84663). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
