Donald Dowd Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dowd of Springville, Utah, born in Oxnard, California, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Immel Dowd and Delva Jenkins Dowd; his wife Barbara Ann Madsen; and his children, Carl, Blair (Stephanie), Brian (Tammy), Pam, Duane (Rochelle), Pamela Carpenter and Julie Martin. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
To maintain proper social distancing, the viewing and funeral will be for family only.
