He is survived by: his children, Allen Decker (Lana), Bruce Decker (Charisse), Debbie Payne, Curtis Decker (Vickie) and Bonnie Persons. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
