He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Kaye Hurren Hubbard; his parents, Ernest Benjamin Hubbard and Pearl Jones Hubbard; and his siblings, Arda Mae Kidman, Dorothy Hubbard Bradshaw, Mary Martha Shawhan and Reed Jones Hubbard.
He is survived by: his brother Ferris Jay Hubbard; his children, Jeffrey Dee Hubbard (Lynette), James Brian Hubbard, Daniel Malin Hubbard (Angela) and Heidi Kaye Hubbard; and his grandchildren, Dax, Derrick, Aubrey, Ryan, Sarah, Isaac, Rachel and Camille.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Perpetual Education Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints or a charity of one's choice.
