She was predeceased by: her mother Bernice Maxwell Lewis; her husband Leon Elliott Fish of St. George, Utah.; and her father Boyd Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Ryan (Tiffany) of Springville, UT, Brandon (Kristin) of Orem, UT and Shannan Hinckley (Spencer) of Norman, OK. She is also survived by her 3 siblings, 12 grandchildren.
