He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Blackburn and Thelma Blackburn; his brother Keith; his daughter Kayrene Houskeeper; and his great grandchild Ryker Houskeeper.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Jorgensen; his children, Kurt Blackburn (Jeanette), Kraig Blackburn (Melissa) and Kris Hackney (Todd); and his brothers, Wyler Jay and Don. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid there will be a Graveside service on Saturday, September 18, 2021, 11:00 a. m. Wellington City Cemetery.
