He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Cowan Underwood and Mary Anne Pilat; his siblings, Dave and Walt; his daughters, Christina, Tawnya, Cece and Micky; and his former wives, Cynthia Monagon-Knudsen and Sheila Campbell. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation for Disabled Veterans National Foundation, or other Veteran's charity of choice.
